🌿 What’s Here
The core business — perennial and bedding plugs, including XXL sizes that reviewers price at a large saving against 9cm pots. Root systems are consistently praised.
Custom plastic cases and sleeves, damp packing and boxes marked as live plants. Reviewers who have been let down by big-name suppliers repeatedly say the difference is obvious.
Deliveries reaching Scotland and Ireland in good condition, with plants arriving damp and unstressed.
Dahlia and alstroemeria tubers alongside the plugs.
Sold direct, and also through eBay and Amazon.
⭐ What Visitors Commonly Mention
Themes from recent public Google reviews sampled September 2026 — editorial summaries, not verbatim quotes. Bars show relative prominence within the sample, not counts of all 95 reviews.
Sentiment summary: Genuinely divided, and the 4.1 average conceals both halves. The plants themselves attract excellent reviews — large, well-rooted plugs, thoughtfully packaged for post, and better value than pot-grown equivalents, with many customers ordering repeatedly over several years. Against that, a substantial minority report problems after ordering: varieties substituted without notice, orders that did not arrive, tubers refused replacement, and difficulty getting a response by phone or email. The product and the order handling are rated very differently by different customers.
