Plants arrive labelled by variety and colour, which reviewers planting to a scheme specifically appreciate.
Frequently delivered within a few days of ordering, and pre-orders arrive in the month promised.
Sold direct and through Amazon, though buying direct is generally cheaper.
⭐ What Visitors Commonly Mention
Themes from recent public Google reviews sampled September 2026 — editorial summaries, not verbatim quotes. Bars show relative prominence within the sample, not counts of all 46 reviews.
Sentiment summary: An unusually strong set of reviews for a small mail-order nursery, and the packaging is what people write about — repeat online plant buyers, including one who has propagated for fifty years, rate it the best they have received. Plants arrive well rooted, correctly labelled and quick to establish. The one weakness that recurs is email: a small number of customers report orders that went wrong or never arrived and messages that went unanswered. Ordering is reliable for most; chasing a problem is where people struggle.
